1. Preheat the oven to 170–180 °C.
2. Crack 2 eggs into a mixing bowl.
3. Add 300 ml of water. (For buns: use 320 ml of 4. water and reduce the baking time by 15 minutes.)
4. While stirring, gradually add the baking mix and continue mixing for about 1 minute. Then, let the dough rest for 45–60 minutes in a warm place (approx. 25–27 °C).
5. With wet hands, shape the dough into a loaf, place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and make a wide cut along the length. Let it rest for another 30 minutes.
6. Bake at 175–185 °C:
In a fan-assisted oven: approx. 70 minutes
In a conventional oven (no fan): approx. 90 minutes
IMPORTANT! Do not open the oven during baking!
After baking, remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
