Door Delivery

This Shipping Policy describes the shipping and delivery practices of PrecipFilter ("we," "us," or "our") for products ordered through the website https://loving-nutrition,ch/ (the "Website"). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order through the Website, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.


1. Shipping Methods and Regions

The delivery of physical goods takes place within Switzerland via Swiss Post. Standart shipping is PostPac Priority

  • Delivered to the recipient the next working day

  • Delivery from Monday to Friday

If customer prefers to have express shipment it is also possible to choose the Swiss-Express “Moon”:

  • Delivery parcels reliably by 9 a.m., including on Saturdays.

The available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process.


2. Order Cutoff Time

Order cutoff time will be 5 pm Monday to Friday (Swiss Time). 


3. Order Processing Time

After receiving your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). During this time, we will verify the order details, prepare the product(s) for shipment, and perform any necessary quality checks.


4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via e-mail.  You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available, and it may take some time for the tracking status to be updated.


5. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time of 1 day (Monday to Friday) for your order depends on various factors, including the shipping method selected. While we strive to deliver orders promptly, please note that delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.


6. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping is  CHF 11 flat rate. And free delivery after CHF300 in purchase.

Express Shipping is CHF 18 flat rate.

7. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order has been placed and processed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once the order is in progress or shipped.


8. Shipping Issues and Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage, as this may be required for claim purposes.
