What Was Loving-Nutrition?
Loving-Nutrition was born from a passion for healthy living and the joy of food. Based in Switzerland, we specialized in low-carb, gluten-free, high-protein baked goods, carefully developed from our own recipes. Our mission was to support those with dietary restrictions, metabolic challenges, or a commitment to healthy eating—without sacrificing taste or quality.
We weren’t just about selling products—we also offered online and in-person cooking & baking courses, helping people take health into their own hands, one meal at a time.
Our Story
A Personal Journey: From Struggle to Strength
Loving-Nutrition was born from a deeply personal journey of transformation, perseverance, and passion. Our founder has battled weight fluctuations, hormone imbalances, and the frustrations of fad diets for most of her life. Determined to find a sustainable and fulfilling way to nourish her body, she dedicated herself to learning everything about nutrition, health, and what truly works.
The answer? A low-carb and keto lifestyle, which proved to be the best approach for weight management and insulin resistance. But the road hasn’t been easy.
With a family history of diabetes and obesity, and a deep cultural appreciation for food and the pleasure it brings, the journey to better health was—and still is—challenging. Living with PCOS, she continues to explore creative ways to enjoy food without compromising her well-being. Through years of research, experience, and trial and error, she has gathered invaluable knowledge and is now excited to share it with those who seek a sustainable way to feel good, inside and out.

Why We Closed
Despite the innovation behind our concept and the enthusiastic support of our community, Switzerland remains a difficult market to penetrate with new food ideas, especially in specialized niches like low-carb and keto.

While our strengths were in product development and operations, we lacked a dedicated marketing and sales leader—someone with the expertise and drive to champion the brand and drive commercial growth. In a start-up, this kind of "hero" can be the difference between survival and success. Without that key role filled, scaling the business became unsustainable in the current landscape.
Rather than compromise our values or quality, we chose to step back and explore new possibilities for Loving-Nutrition’s future.
